When you first sign up with Genius Platforms there are a lot of usernames and passwords that we create and collect from clients. In order to keep all this information organized and up to date, we add an Accounts User/Pass sheet on your Google Drive. Double-click on your Accounts User/Pass sheet and you will see all the usernames and passwords that you will need for your accounts, including the information you will need to LOG IN to your website (both live and in development).
Here is an example of what your Google Drive may look like, and the location of the Accounts User/Pass sheet.
If you do NOT have access to your Google Drive, please Submit a Ticket to the Helpdesk or contact your Client Success Coach and we will immediately give you access.
Bookmark this sheet for easy access to your passwords. If you decide to change any passwords, please update your sheet as well so that your Client Success Coach or the Helpdesk has the ability to log in if troubleshooting is needed.
Please also note that only YOU have access to your individual Google Drive. No other clients have the ability to access your information.
