Adding a Banner Alert to Your Website
(closed for holidays, office under maintenance, alerting a new special, etc)

Whether your practice is closed for the holidays, undergoing maintenance, or even if you have a new special offer that you would like to share as an alert banner at the top of your website, this is a quick & easy update.

Log into your website
Once logged in, go to Configuration → System → Bootstrap Site Alert Configuration
OR paste this at the end of your website URL: /admin/config/system/bootstrap-site-alert
There are fields for Select Bootstrap Version and Severity. Make sure the Version is set to 3 and Severity is set to Info.
Check the box "If Checked, Bootstrap Site Alert is Active"
Make sure the Text format field at the bottom is set to “Full HTML with Editor”
Enter the message you want to display then click “Save Alert Message(s)”

When you want to remove/disable the alert, just uncheck the box, "If Checked, Bootstrap Site Alert is Active" and save. If you have any issues or questions, please Submit a Ticket to the Helpdesk.
