Your Blumberg Marketing Platform is your access point for all of your Blumberg Marketing Tools.  


Specifically it is where you:

  • View and Use Optimized Content for Blogs, Social Posts, and Service pages
  • Post and Manage Blogs
  • Post and Manage Social Content
  • Access and View your Analytics
  • Access, View and Listen to the calls gathered from your website's Call Tracking Number
  • Access and View your Directories which provides ongoing updates on your local directory listing progress and includes your visibility score.
  • Manage Reviews


The Genius Platform Helpdesk Portal is your access point for all of your Support needs - Educational and Help.  


On the Genius Platform Helpdesk you would:

  • Access Knowledge base articles
  • Access Educational Videos
  • Submit a Ticket to Support
  • Track your Tickets


If you need assistance in changing, removing or updating any usernames or passwords for either the Marketing Platform or the Helpdesk Portal, you can Submit a Ticket to the Helpdesk.


Editing your Genius Platform Website

If you want to edit your Genius Platform website, you will need to LOG IN to your website directly.  To do that, bring up the URL of your website (i.e.https://www.burkedental.com) and add /user to the end of it: www.burkedental.com/log-in, and log in with your username and password that is listed on your Accounts User/Pass sheet in your GP Google Drive.
