Steps to Grant Access to Your Domain in GoDaddy

1. Log in to Your GoDaddy Account

  • Go to GoDaddy and sign in with your credentials.

2. Access Your Domain Settings

  • Once logged in, click on your name in the upper-right corner to open the account menu.

  • Select "My Products" from the dropdown.

  • Under "Domains", find the domain for which you want to grant access.

3. Manage Domain Permissions

  • Next to the domain you want to share, click "Manage".

  • In the "Additional Settings" section, click on "Delegate Access".

4. Add the User to Grant Access

  • Click on "Grant Access" to add a new user.

  • the Enter domains@geniusplatforms.com email address 

  • Select the level of access you want to provide:

    • "Permissions" (limited access, such as editing domain settings or managing DNS).

5. Send the Invitation

  • After entering the email and selecting the access level, click "Invite".

  • The recipient will receive an email invitation to accept the access to your domain.

6. Recipient Accepts the Invitation

  • The invited person needs to open the email from GoDaddy and click on the "Accept Access" button.

  • Once accepted, they will be able to manage the domain as per the permissions you've set.

7. Confirm Access

  • After the recipient accepts, you can verify access by checking the "Delegate Access" section under "Additional Settings" to see if the user appears on the list.
